The second, third and fourth guest rooms each feature two twin sized beds that are easily transformed into King size beds if desired. One Guest Bed features pullout trundle underneath as well. The master features a king size bed and master bathroom. The house also has a 6th bedroom with 4 bunk beds for kids, cousins, etc. and a separate gameroom / home theater with pingpong table, wet bar, etc. There`s also a sauna, and 600 sq ft of decking, in addition to about 5,000 of living space.
