WHAT AN OPPORTUNITY!! THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT BY GOVERNOR MEDILL IN 1832 AND STILL HAS HORSE & BUGGY STALL IN BASEMENT.It is on the National Historical Registry and the Lancaster Historical District but not on the Square 13. The NHR Plaque on the front of the house says 1854 but the owner has a newspaper article citing proof of being built in 1832. There is a ton of character in this home with lots of originals including 3 catherdral windows, 2 mahogany & cherry staircases, hardwood floors, trim and doors. There is very little wallpaper or carpet. A full bathroom is on entry level to be finished (was tore out to update). Below Appraisal Price!! House needs TLC inside & out. Could be beautifully restored and made to be worth much more!
