Earlene Nelson manages two offices in Arizona - one in North Scottsdale with 132 agents, and one in Fountain Hills with 20 agents. Our offices service Resale, New Construction, Commercial, Resort Properties, Land, and Short-term and Long-Term Rentals. We have an assistant manager, Dale Pavlicek and 6 mentors that help coach new agents with their careers. Thirty years managing offices in New York, Connecticut, and in Arizona managing offices in,Tucson, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale and Fountain Hills. She has experienced relocation personally, so she understands the process well. Office Culture We have a mentoring program for new agents, and our Assistant Manager is always available for support.
