New agents will have an opportunity to participate in a variety of training programs including the exclusive “Journey to Mastery” (JTM) program; a training program that has produced 7 of the last 9 “rookies of the year” for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors. Once enrolled in JTM, graduation will typically take place within 4 - 6 months, and you will have closed between 3 - 6 transactions.
