Utilizing technology and computer skills to locate properties, tax information, property history reports, and preparing and conducting comparable market analysis presentations with clients. Marketing properties for sale and creating home searches based on preferred criteria. Emphasis on prospecting new leads and building client relationships through meetings, social media marketing, online marketing, and active in volunteer activities and associations. Regular travel required, although typically short distances and small sales territories. Qualifications & Requirements: College degree and/or related sales experience required. Proficiency in social media marketing, online marketing, and contact relationship management experience preferred.
