Coldwell Banker Horizons Realty


Licensing in New York State requires attendance at a 75 hour pre-licensing course available through our local Board of Realtors and Corning Community College. After passing the class test, there is a state test to be taken, and then a fee to be licensed, and voila - one is a licensed real estate agent. Training after that pretty much determines the future success of the agent. Coldwell Banker Horizons Realty offers in-house training in all aspects of real estate sales as well as e-fast start through Coldwell Banker, and a variety of local and regional courses. Training
  • Coldwell Banker Horizons Realty is known as a premiere training organization in the Southern Tier. In-house training is supplemented with Coldwell Banker's stellar E-Fast Start training
  • After E-fast Start, agents begin on a personalized success track through Coldwell Banker core courses, known as Boost, Breakthrough and Breakout, as well as agent-specific webinars and on-line learning.
  • Each weekly meeting is a combination communication/learning event using Realtor.org, NYSAR, local board, real estate trainers (such as David Knox and Matt Ferrara) and of course, Coldwell Banker resources.
