Training
  • Full-time managing brokers in each office. Training and motivating broker associates to provide better service. Maintaining professional office atmosphere conducive to agent production.
  • Fast Start class for new agents or experienced agents wishing to boost their production. Six day training session led by broker managers on many aspects of real estate.
  • Company training programs regularly scheduled.
