How it Works
If you're looking to buy or sell a home, taking advantage of Coldwell Banker® Favorites can make your life easier. The graphic below shows you how to save searches, home listings, agents/offices, get email alerts of new listings that match your criteria, and more. Get started by registering, or logging in above.
Save searches
- Search for Homes and Rentals.
- Click "Save this search" at
the top right hand side of
the results page. - Run the search from your Favorites and be notified of new results.
Save results
- Choose a Home, Agent/Team or Office & click to view more details.
- Click on the Save button below the Photo/Video.
- Easily access saved items or share with anyone.
Access saved items
- Access your saved items through the "Favorites" link in the navigation bar, or from the "Favorites" tab in the search box.
- Log in to view your saves.
- Add or remove items and manage your categories simply.
