About Tommie Mann
- My goal is to make real estate transactions as smooth and profitable as I can for my clients/customers. I do this by educating them on the process, being a good listener, taking care of as many details as I can to remove some of the stress and keeping everyone updated.
- I am committed to providing professional and timely service. By having comfortable relationships with my clients, we even have some fun along the way. My clients know they can count on me to get the job done for them in a positive win-win manner.
- With over 20 years of management experience, I use the skills I have developed in negotiation, people skills, counseling and coordination on a daily basis in my full-time work as a realtor. I work closely with many of the local lenders to help buyers and have successful working relationships with realtors from other agencies, as well as our own. These skills all work together for the benefit of my sellers and buyers.
- With the growth of the aging population, I have focused my training on the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation which goes along with my over 15 years of experience working with older adults. As the former senior center director in our community, I bring a unique perspective and understanding to the aging market. I invite seniors and families to contact me for specialized service.
- I feel satisfaction in matching people to the perfect home or selling their home. I enjoy working with people of all ages and stages of life. It keeps me active and my mind challenged. No two days are ever the same. I continue to take continuing education classes which are vital in our business to keep us current.
