  • Personal Background I attended the University of San Diego and I graduated with a major in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance along with a minor in Real Estate. I was exposed to the real estate industry at a very young age, as both of my parents have been in the business since before I was born. A longtime resident of the Pacific Beach area, I have been a licensed agent since 2009 and have worked in many fields of the industry including leasing, property management, mortgage, and sales.

  • Communities I Serve I specialize in residential real estate in the central coastal areas of San Diego including Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Ocean Beach, Point Loma, La Jolla and the surrounding areas.
  • Seller Representation Inform and educate sellers to marketing concepts and current market conditions. I will prepare a comparative market analysis based on current and historical data and determine what the best possible sales price is under current market conditions. Create value for the buyer pool of the property being marketed. This is achieved by correct and competitive price positioning of the property. When the property is correctly positioned and exposed to a wide audience, the amount of buyer traffic driven to the property is maximized. Negotiate the sale for the seller’s best interest. My duty and commitment is to net the sellers’ highest price and the most favorable terms in the shortest amount of time.
  • Buyer Representation Determine purchasing power to ensure all properties within budget are considered through the entire process to settlement and beyond. Purchasing property at the lowest price and most favorable terms. Assist and fulfill buyers’ needs by identifying their best interests when purchasing a property. In addition, it is my responsibility to provide complete information and access to all properties listed by Realtors through MLS resources. · Eliminate the stress to the buyer and provide faster results in finding the right property as well as guidance to other services they need at one location (mortgage, title, warranty, and concierge).
