About Joe Arndt

I am a full time real estate broker/Co-Owner of Coldwell Banker Cedar Point Realty and resident of Walker.

My success in the real estate business comes from my strong work ethic, my communication skills, and the ability to negotiate between buyers and sellers.

I am privileged to work alongside my father, Gary, selling real estate as The Performance Team.

I have a beautiful wife, Carolyn and two outgoing and energetic sons, Logan & Dominic. I really enjoy living in the Walker area because of the community and everything the Leech Lake area has to offer.

My spare time, outside the real estate business, includes spending time with my family, time on the water, golfing and hunting in the north woods. I am also a volunteer fire fighter on the Walker Fire Department, Walker Youth Hockey coach and a Walker Youth Baseball coach.
