  • Selected for the Morgan County leadership program becoming intregrally involved with the Chamber and community as a whole.
  • President of the Madison Area Newcomers Association for five years holding monthly meetings for newcomers and "oldtimers" alike in an effort to introduce them to all that is offered throughout the lake country area.
  • President of the Morgan Memorial Hospital Auxiliary for 2 years. This position allowed me to network with a host of people affiliated with the hospital as well as those who are dedicated to it's support. At our annual Festival of Friends fundraiser, we raised approximately $25,000 in one night with all proceeds going to the hospital in the form of new equipment or technology.
