  • Today's real estate market can be the driver in obtaining your life's balance, both in harmony and financial success. Assisting those in their desire to take advantage of the challenges and rewards of securing the home of their dreams or realizing the highest return in the sale of their present residence is my goal. Integrity, communication, negotiation and client service should be the attributes in any sales relationship.
  • The City of Seattle and its neighboring suburbs has enticed me to hold roots here since 1993. With over 25 years as an independent business owner and employer, I believe that if the client is not served, the job is not complete. And, in today’s tech based driver of information and expectations, we as real estate professionals need to not just close the deal, but rather to exceed at all levels. Simply pushing information to present and potential clients does not solve the problem. Our industry requires us to parse through the materials, to negotiate on their behalf, prioritize and multi-task in fast paced environments, problem solve, and to communicate before the question is even asked.
  • On a personal side, I have lived in the picturesque town of Snohomish for 14 years, just north of Seattle and can usually be found spending much of my free time on the tennis courts or circumnavigating the scenic byways of the Pacific Northwest via motorcycle. I routinely take in the great restaurants or concerts of downtown Seattle and am always in search of the next waterway to navigate via kayak. Our city is one in which those that live here, truly desire to make Seattle their home.
  • Background - General contractor for over 14 years. -Advanced understanding in general construction practices and municipal permit acquisition. -Experienced in commercial and residential lease negotiations and purchase strategies. -Past and present ownership of rental properties and property management experience. -Well versed in analysis of rental income revenue streams and market timing of purchase, sale, and development opportunities. -Degree in commercial photography and design specializing in architecture. -Member of the Landlord Protection Agency. -Member of the Washington Athletic Club and Mill Creek Tennis Club.
