  • Selling Real Estate since 1979, obtained my Broker's License in 1984. Most of my business has been in Residential ReSale and New Construction. Have also been very active in selling/listing View/Waterfront properties, vacant acreage and lots.
  • I have attained the GRI (Graduate, Realtor's Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) titles.
  • I have been involved with the Ethics & Grievance Committees for our Whidbey island Board of Realtors, and was Realtor of the Year for 1988. Have also taught classes locally for the Board.
  • Member of the Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce since 1986, and was Ambassador of the Year for the Chamber in 2004.
  • Have been on the Board of Directors for the Oak Harbor Chapter of Navy League and got Coldwell Banker Tara to become an affiliate of Navy League in 20002.
  • Member, Oak Harbor Yacht Club since 1992. Chairperson of OHYC By-Laws Committee 2001. Ran the Kids' Fishing Derby yearly from1999 - 2006. Race Committee for Whidbey Island Race Week, a major sailboat racing regatta in the Pacific Northwest) from 1994-1998. Then headed the Protest Committee for Race Week from 1999-2007.
  • Member of WINSA (Whidbey Island Navy Sailing Association) since 2000, Vice Commodore 2005-2006, Commodore 2007.
