About Thomas Kerester

  • Business Philosophy My goal is to keep my clients, customers, contacts and the community in general abreast of current developments and long term trends in the residential and commercial real estate industry, including policy changes being considered by local goverments in communities I serve, highway changes underway and proposed by state and local goverments, and by providing direct access to the thousands of listings in this area (65,000+) through my web site on cbmove.com. These listings are in the multiiple listing service (MLS) available to Realtors. My philosophy is simple: an educated buyer and seller are the best kind of clients to have. The more they understand the real estate market, the better I can help them to achieve their goals.
