About Meredith McCullough

  • I am native to the city of Alexandria and the Mount Vernon area adjoining it. My first 7 years were spent in a little white bungalow located next to the GW Parkway - between George Washington's Mount Vernon and Old Town Alexandria. Toward the end of my 7th year we moved "to town" where I lived in Alexandria's Jefferson Park neighborhood until age 20.
  • I attended George Mason Elementary School and G.W. High School (There was no T.C. Williams High School yet), My back yard fence was the boundary line between G,W, and Hammond High Schools which are now both Junionr Highs.
  • Aside from living in Harrisonburg and Williamsburg, Va. during college years and Fort Devens, Massachusetts during my husband's Army years, I have spent the balance of my adult life, again, near the GW Parkway between George Washington's home & Old Town Alexandria. It would be an understatement to say, "I know the streets of these combined areas like the back of my hand". I can see the entire Alexandria, Mt. Vernon area as if I were a bird flying above it.
  • I provide superior customer service to home buyers with LeadRouter, our proprietary software, which allows me to respond immediately to inquiries from online buyers interested in any of my listings.
  • To tap into the masses of Internet users searching for homes, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage continually purchases thousands of search terms on some of the Internet’s biggest search engines to drive home buyers to my local listings.
  • I have the technology and resources to generate demand for your property, provide buyers with the datailed information they desire, and have the ability to respond instantly to online inquiries.
  • With our Internet marketing pogram, I'm determined to generate broad online exposure for home sellers at America's leading real estate internet sites and portals, selling homes quickly and for the best possible price.
  • To satisfy online home buyers, my listings have multiple photos and detailed property descriptions - two of the most sought after features by online home shoppers,
  • I love what I do, and I would love the opportunity to work with you toward fulfilling your real estate goals and dreams!

  • I obtained my Real Estate license in 1975 and have added many hours of Continuing Education, over the years, to that initial bank of information. The practical knowledge accumulated through years of experience in the field has proved to be an equally significantand and viable resource for me to draw upon.
  • I earned a B.A. in Psychology from George Mason University and worked for several years as a counselor before returning to Real Estate Sales. While at George Mason I was inducted into two honor societies, Allpha Chi, and Psy Chi.
  • I volunteered with the Lazarus Ministry at Christ Church in Oldtown, Alexandria.
  • As a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, I chair two committees, "The American History Committee" and " The American Heritage Committee".
  • I have a strong interest in History.
