About JERRY DELGADO

 
  • Jerry Delgado joined the ColdwellBanker Patterson Propeties team in May of 2002. Jerry graduated from Angelo State University with a BS degree in 1995. Before going to work for ColdwellBanker Patterson Properties Jerry held a management position with Verizon which helped him develop his people skills by listening to his customers complaints and helping them resolve their issues.
  • Jerry has been a life long residence of San Angelo. He has hundreds of contacts ranging from family, friends, past co-worker and past clients that he can rely on which in turn is beneficial to his clients whether he is trying to help them find a new home or sell their existing home. Jerry publishes a monthly newsletter which helps him stay in contact and on the minds of hundreds of buyers and sellers.
  • Jerry prides himself in giving his clients a realistic out come of the transaction whether helping them purchase a home or selling a home. Jerry will make sure that his clients feel that they are fully informed from start to finish. Will also stay in contact with his clients even after the sale.
  • Jerry has been married for 14 years and is the proud father of three beautiful girls , ages are 10, 7, and 5.
