About Mr. Steve Turner

 
  • Steve is a life long resident of Ninety Six, SC. He attended public school in Ninety Six graduating in 1959. He attended Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, GA and Lander University in Greenwood SC. Steve is a lincensed Auctioneer graduating from Mendenhall School of Auctions in 1994, Steve formed International Auctions with Richard and Joan Timmerman. In 1996 he attended South Carolina School of Real Estate and obtained his Realtors license, enabling him to sell Realestate at auction.
  • Steve and Joan Timmerman have sold many homes through the auction method and have many satified customers. Steve has held other jobs during his life. He is retired from Monsanto and also the US Postal Service, Steve also enjoys the 260 acre farm that he and his son operate. SteveI grew up around cows and horses, breeding, training and showing most of his life with great success.
  • Steve hs a great deal of experience with Real Estate especially farm land and large hunt tracts with timber. Steve is very qualified in listing, marketing and selling homes, lots and land in all price ranges. He does an excellent job in all aspects of his Real Estate efforts. Steve handles Cartus referrals through Coldwell Banker, does relocation packages, etc. for clients moving in or out of the area.
