You'll be exposed to the right listings, whether they are Coldwell Banker's, those from other brokers, FSBO's. I will not represent both the buyer and the seller in any transaction. I'll keep you current on new listings. You'll come to understand the relative values of the properties you see. We're going to be neighbors, after all!
  • If you're selling your Lake Area property: I'll represent you exclusively in the closing...I won't represent both you and the buyer. I'll actively reach out to buyers and their agents, both in the local area, as well as other markets, such as Atlanta, the source of many of our buyers. I'll market your property using all the unrivalled tools that Coldwell Banker make available in the Lake Oconee / Sinclair area, and nationally / internationally. I'll keep you informed throughout the marketing process, during the negotiations, and prior to & after closing. If you're a full-time resident, I'll make showings as convenient for you as possible.
