  • I have a long-term fascination with Real Estate and Lending. Many hours were spent previewing properties when our family outgrew our small home in Tallahassee, Florida in the 1980’s. I enjoy the characteristics and personalities of each home and like to provide education on smart funding sources to help people buy them.
  • I spent a few years in Tampa, Florida in the mid 1990’s. My interest expanded into building construction while attending college there. During this time my work experience ranged from Building Construction to Real Estate Management, Real Estate Lending and Home Purchases.
  • Today I continue to identify with my buyer and seller’s individual needs in the Gainesville – Alachua – High Springs area where I can help you purchase a business center, a second home on the river or a comfortable place to hang your hat at the end of the day.
