Began real estate as an investor and eventually became a city administrator responsible to buy and sell properties.

Served a number of years on the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors on the Government Affairs and Legislative Committee.

I have been certified as a 1st Time Home Buyers Specialist, as well as a certified HUD Consultant. Along with working a number of years as a BPO appraisers for over twenty banks and lenders.

I presently or have held offices in veterans, fraternal, church and civic organizations.
