  • I am building a new home myself. I work with all the builders on a ongoing basis from start to end to help you understand the building process. You would not go into danger without being unarmed, so don't go into buying a new build home with only their "in home team" helping you. Have someone on your side to represent you. Your already paying for it. Most all builders have already alloted a 3% cost in the price of their homes for Realtor representation. Since your paying for it why not ultilize it?
