About Susan Morris

The Miami Valley is my home by choice. My enthusiasm for the southwest Ohio is contagious. My 4 grandsons attend Centerville City Schools where I have volunteered for most of the past 30 years. The Humane Society of Greater Dayton, United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Culture Works & American Institute of Wine and Food are my pet projects. I truly believe that giving begins on the street where you live.

I was born into real estate hosting my first open house in 1960 for my father, a builder/developer. He learned the industry in his father`s lumber yard. Becoming a Realtor in 1978, I have a wealth of knowledge to help empower you to make informed and intelligent real estate transactions.
