  • Working with Buyers takes a different set of skills than working with Sellers. As a buyer advocate I excel in searching, investigating and acquiring the best deal for my clients, keeping in mind at all times that resale is a concern.

New Construction Homes

  • With the help of technology I can be your eyes and ears during new construction. From finding the right lot (keeping resale in mind) to closing and beyond. I stay with my clients and oversee the entire process. To ensure builders' representatives understand and respond to my clients' best interest, I attend meetings for contract writing, selections, and inspections.
