About Scott Oyler

Scott is a third generation Realtor with Coldwell Banker. His Grandfather, Clark Oyler co-founded Parchman and Oyler in 1949 which was later purchased by Coldwell Banker in 1981.

Scott joined Coldwell Banker West Shell after spending seven years with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) specializing in the sale of Multi-Family Investment Properties. During his time at CBRE Scott was involved in the sale of over $300 Million in Apartments. In addition, Scott was recognized and selected to the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors Commercial Top Producers Club in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009.

Scott is currently licensed in Ohio and Kentucky and will continue to advise private investors in the sale of multi-family investment properties in addition to single family residential housing.

Scott is life-long resident of Cincinnati and graduated the University of Cincinnati where he majored in Marketing and Real Estate. Scott and his wife Kristen currently reside in Oakley with their twin daughters Isabelle and Gabrielle.
