  • I was born in Maryland right off the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay. Later, my family moved to Miami, Florida. Then as a young adult, I moved upstate to the Hudson Valley in 1975 and have enjoyed life here ever since.
  • When time allows, I devote my time to singing and playing my guitar in nursing homes and rehabilitation centers, playing old 40's, 50's and 60's tunes. That's why they call me "The Singing Agent." I also enjoy kayaking when the weather permits.
  • I've been selling real estate for over four years now and come from a family that has sold real estate for many decades, If you ever have any questions that have anything to do with real estate...I have the answers.
  • What makes my approach unique when working with "Seller" clients is that I choose very few listings, making sure they are priced correctly and show well. From there, I personally show each listing to all of the surrounding merchants and neighborhoods so that as many people as possible locally are aware of what my client has to offer. I take advantage of the Internet and advertizing as do all of my fellow agents but I find that the personal, face to face approach really makes a substantial difference.
