- Specialize and work mostly with large tracts of land around Eastern North Carolina and Southside Va.
- Over the years I have been involved in lots of Commercial transaction in the area form Henderson, Oxford, Durham, and Frank County.

- I live and work on Kerr Lake,an 800 mile plus shoreline, man made freshwater lake, with over 50,000 acres under water
