  • CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST DESIGNATION This designation is achieved by a small percentage of REALTORS, nationally. A Realtor must complete, and pass a higher level of training and meet additional benchmarks to obtain a CRS designation. Statistics show that CRS designees enjoy a higher level of success and professionalism.

  • I specialize in RESIDENTIAL real estate. Educating 1st time home buyers, working with Malmstrom AFB transferee's, or company relos are just a couple of my personal favorites.
  • Both myself and my Husband are busy in the Real Estate and the financial aspect of this industry. Much of our time is spent learning from each other and staying currant in this ever changing industry.
  • Rural properties are not foreign to me. Growing up in a farming community has broadened my knowledge in this field.
