You will know What Are The Questions you will need to ask. She will explain the cost and charges to the seller and buyer on the HUD I which is the uniform settlement sheet for Real Estate nationwide. You will be introduced to all documents involved in a real estate transaction before beginning your home search. Then comes the easy part - finding or selling your home! This is the part that Frieda does best!
- Frieda is a full time realtor for over 26yrs with the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. She has her Graduate Realtors Institute and Life Member of the Real Estate Million Dollar Association. Prior to entering into the Real Estate field, Frieda was an acting Vice President with a local Import/Export Company for 6 six years selling educational materials to schools and universities throughout Europe and United States.
