About Richard LaPadula

  • 26 years experience in building and maintaing my own business designing and constructing architectural stained glass. My business was built on customer loyality and customer referrals. My business pledge is to provide honesty and integrity in dealing with my clients.
  • In growing a business one must be professional in dealing with ones clients. Presentation and knowledge are key factors in maintaing customer loyality.
  • I was at Ground Zero for a year functioning as a second responder while I lived in New Jersey. This experience was both an honor and thought me that life is precious and can be snuffed out unexpectedly.
  • I was involved in various civic associations while in New Jersey some of which were the Lions Club (past president) and was honored to be the recepient of the Melvin Jones Award for Humantarian Services. Also I was an active member of the American Legion, while holding no office, I was able and honored to work with our Veterans.
  • I have 16 years experience working as a civilian with the Dept of the Army in Personnel Management. As a manager I learned and preached the message of attention to detail, dotting every "I" and crossing every "T". Its the details that are important in any transaction and the communication channels that one maintains that mean alot to clients.
  • I served 4 years in the USAF and 2 years in the Naval Reserves whichs gives me pride in having served my country.

  • I have been successful in achieving the designation of CPMS (Certified Property Manager Specialist) and CSS (Certified Senior Specialist)
  • I have achieved the designation of GREEN Real Estate Agent which signifies that i have completed all requirements relating to the sales and listings of homes that meet Green requirements as they relate to energy efficiency, construction materials and professionals.
