About Paula Upton
- Paula Upton joined Coldwell Banker Devonshire after 25 years in the corporate business world. Most recently Paula was in charge of Global Real Estate & Facilities for an Information Technology Company where she managed 71 offices in 21 countries with 1.1M sq. ft. of commercial office space. Paula effectively negotiated deals in Calgary, Dubai, Frankfurt, Houston, London, Mexico City, Paris, Singapore and Washington, D.C. In 2009, Paula closed a below market deal for 35,000 sq. ft. in Central London in order to consolidate five corporate offices. She also managed the Corporate Travel Department, the Worldwide Relocation program and the Event Department.
- Paula enjoys spending time with her husband, John and two grown sons, Jonathan and Daniel. She is a passionate gardener, enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, skiing and being outdoors in gorgeous Colorado!
