Stephanie Lepard is an experienced business professional known for her focus on customer service and is committed to serving the diverse real estate needs of clients throughout the metro Denver area. Stephanie earned her real estate license in 2005 and was previously with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage before joining Coldwell Banker Devonshire. Prior to Coldwell Banker, Stephanie’s professional background includes 11 years in the insurance industry focusing on project management, marketing, employee relations and sales. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University and is a Delta Gamma alumnae. In addition to raising a family and work, Stephanie is also involved in the Denver community. She serves on the Development Committee for The Children’s Hospital of Colorado and is an Executive Committee member at the Denver Cooperative Preschool. Stephanie also enjoys golf and skiing.
