About Kristin Kanan

No matter who you are, where you come from, your background, upbringing or wealth, the importance of home is the one thing we all have in common. It’s the one place you feel safe and loved. It’s filled with memories and family. It’s where you eat, drink, sleep and love. It’s home. This is why I love being a Realtor.

Being able to help people find a new home is a great thrill for me. There is nothing like the feeling when a client finds THE place. To see their excitement and listen to them start designing their furniture layout right then is awesome. Knowing that new memories will be created and cherished for years to come is amazing. I love being part of that process and I feel truly honored with each transaction.

Buying a home is the biggest investment a person will make in their life, but it’s more than that. It’s also helping people start new chapters in their lives. As a Realtor, it is a huge responsibility and one that I take very seriously. One that requires trust, understanding, knowledge and attention to detail.

I am a stickler for doing things right and down the most efficient path. I expect the best service possible in my own dealings and that is why I pride myself in providing the same service to everyone I work with.
