- Eileen Green is the first agent to sell a four million dollar property in La Habra Heights: the largest sale in the history of the Heights. Greene was previously the first agent to sell a one million dollar listing back in the 1980's, and the first agent to sell a two million dollar listing in 2001.
- Although she wins every award there is, that is not her focus. Indeed, Eileen has accomplished what most never do. She has been ranked as high as number four in the nation, out of 100,000 sales agents. In 2005 her sales were in excess of $400 million.
