  • Stephen entered real estate in 1993 with a small independent real estate company founded in Sebastopol and later acquired by larger regional company as an independent brokerage office.
  • Prior to entering real estate Stephen enjoyed a diverse professional background including wine broker, elementary school teacher and owner of an antique Ford Parts Company, including manufacturing, wholesale, retail and mail order sales.
  • Among his professional accolades, Stephen earned the coveted President’s Gold Award of Distinction for three consecutive years of top sales production.
  • Stephen is two time past President of the Sebastopol Council of Realtors. He is also 2005 Board President for the North Bay Association of Realtors. Additionally, Stephen is a Director of the California Association of Realtors representing Region 4.
  • Stephen is past Chairman of the North Bay Association of Realtors and Bay Area Real Estate Information Services grievance committees. Stephen was recruited to Coldwell Banker in 2001 as Branch Manager.
