How the Affordability Radar Works

Search for homes on coldwellbanker.com.
You'll notice a link that says "Activate affordability radar" in the upper right corner of every property results page on coldwellbanker.com. Just click on the link to get started.

Set your Affordability Radar.
You can add a price target on the "Simple" tab of the Affordability Radar, or you can set a more accurate target by providing additional information on the "Advanced" tab. Set your criteria once, and going forward, you will see an affordability radar on all coldwellbanker.com properties.

Property results will be based on your monthly payment.
Once your Affordability Radar has been set, you will notice that the real estate properties most in line with your target payment will be listed first. Now, you're only a click away from the home priced right for you.

With the Affordability Radar, you can easily determine which homes you can afford based on factors such as list price, taxes, interest rate & down payment. Once activated, your radar will appear on every property listing showing its relative affordability based on your financial criteria.

Turn on your radar! Just tell us what you can afford to pay each month, and the Affordability Radar will show the estimated mortgage payment for each property and how close it is to your target payment. The more data you provide, the better your estimate.
