Doug Foltz - Lancaster, PA After relocating from Western Pennsylvania to Lancaster, Doug Foltz embarked on his real estate career in 2002. Over the years, he has established himself as a prominent figure in the Lancaster County housing market. After 10 years as a consistent top-producing agent, in 2013 he took on a management role and today he oversees sales and operations for over 150 Coldwell Banker affiliated agents in the Lancaster office. He was a charter member of the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS® (LCAR) Young Professionals Network, served on the board of the Association from 2013-19, and was President in 2018. Doug actively contributes to the community by participating in multiple Lancaster County Association of REALTORS® and Bright MLS committees. Notably, he was awarded the 2019 REALTOR® of the Year in Lancaster County. Doug and his wife, Melissa, live in East Hempfield Township with their two children.
