About Amanda

I am a Cloquet Native that move to the Barnum area in 2004. I have three amazing children; Ian is a US Army Soldier, Steven is a college student working on a pilot license, and Ella is a high school student. My hobbies include spending time with my family and friends, gardening, fishing, hunting, and watching football. I have been a REALTOR® since 2003. I focus mainly on regular home sales but I do specialize in the foreclosure market and well-versed with Fannie Mae, HUD, VA, reverse mortgages, and many more asset companies. I am dedicated to helping my clients buy and sell property and listen to my clients wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction. I strive to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. You can count on me any time of day when you have a question or concern. To keep up to date on real estate trends, a REALTOR® should be involved and serve the real estate industry. I currently sit on the Minnesota Professional Standard Board, MLS Committee Chair, and am nominated with LSAR as the President-Elect. I have served as a Director on the Lake Superior Area REALTOR® (LSAR), Duluth Area Association of REALTORS®, REALTORS® as Neighbors Foundation boards.
