Kathy Collins, aka Mary Kathleen Collins, is a licensed real estate agent in Northern California. Kathy started her career in real estate in Littleton, Colorado where she spent 7 years practicing resale residential real estate as well as being the sales manager for a new home development in Greenwood Village, Colorado. After relocating to Marin County with her family, Kathy earned her California real estate license in 2002. She initially worked with a San Francisco real estate firm and learned all the nuances of the San Francisco market. After finding her business growing in Marin County, she moved to another firm in Mill Valley. In 2009 she joined Coldwell Banker in Greenbrae where she is currently affiliated.
